PulseCheq ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you connect your wearable health device (such as Garmin, Fitbit, or similar) to our web application.

Our application is designed for personal insight purposes only, not clinical use.

If you authorize your wearable device (such as Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch, or similar), we may collect the following types of data:

• Heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
• Step count, activity levels, and exercise data
• Sleep duration and quality
• Stress levels (if supported)
• Body battery or recovery scores (if supported)
• Location data related to workouts (e.g. GPS routes)
• Device and account identifiers from your connected wearables

We do not collect any payment information at this time.

We use your data to:

• Display your fitness and wellness metrics in a personal dashboard
• Analyze trends and activity patterns over time
• Provide non-clinical insights into your health and habits

We do not use your data for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

We do not share your data with third parties unless:

• You give us explicit consent
• It is required by law

Your data is stored securely using modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. While we strive to use industry best practices, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

At this time, PulseCheq is not a HIPAA-compliant service. Please do not use this app for clinical monitoring, diagnostic purposes, or emergency health concerns.

Third-Party Device Integration Notice

• This application uses health and activity data from various wearable devices and fitness platforms via their respective APIs (including but not limited to Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, Strava, and others).
• The data accessed includes, but may not be limited to, heart rate, steps, sleep, activity metrics, and other health data, depending on user permissions and device capabilities.
• This application is for personal and non-clinical use only.
• The data is not shared with third parties, and is stored securely in compliance with standard data protection practices.
• At this time, this application is not HIPAA-compliant, and should not be used for medical decision-making.
• By connecting your wearable devices, you consent to allow this application to access and display your health data as described above.

You may revoke device access at any time by:

• Disconnecting your device from within the app
• Contacting us at support@pulsecheq.com for deletion requests

We will delete all user data within 7 days of receiving a verified request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via app interface or email where applicable.
